Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: 25 February 2026
Zenith Services ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and businesses that interact with us. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What information we collect
Website visitors: When you visit our website or submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, trade/industry, suburb, and any details you provide in a message field.
Clients: When you engage our services, we also collect billing information, business contact details, and access credentials for your enquiry channels (email, CRM, web forms) as needed to deliver our service.
Your customers' information: In the course of delivering our enquiry-to-booking service, our team will access enquiry details from your customers — including names, contact details, and service requests. This information is processed solely to deliver the agreed service on your behalf.
Website analytics: We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. This may include IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties through analytics.
2. How we collect information
We collect personal information:
- Directly from you — through contact forms, pilot applications, email, and during onboarding.
- From your business systems — when delivering our service, we access your email, CRM, booking tools, or other platforms as agreed.
- Automatically — through cookies and analytics when you browse our website.
3. Why we collect and use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and assess fit for our services.
- Deliver our enquiry-to-booking operations service to clients.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and account administration.
- Improve our website and service quality.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, regulatory, dispute resolution).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Overseas disclosure
Zenith uses offshore team members to deliver enquiry response, follow-up, and booking coordination services. Your information (and, for clients, your customers' enquiry details) may be accessed by these team members.
In accordance with APP 8, we have contractual arrangements in place requiring our offshore team to handle personal information with equivalent protections to the Australian Privacy Principles. These include confidentiality agreements, access controls, and secure communication protocols.
5. How we store and protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure. Our measures include:
- Secure, password-protected cloud platforms for data storage.
- Access restricted to authorised team members only.
- Confidentiality agreements with all staff and contractors.
- Regular review of security practices.
No system is completely secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to improve your browsing experience and help us understand site usage through analytics.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
7. Access and correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
To make a request, email us at info@zenithservices.com.au. We will respond within 10 business days.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. When a client engagement ends, we will return or securely delete client data within 30 days of written request.
9. Data breaches
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal information inappropriately, please contact us at info@zenithservices.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
